A collaborative project with photographer Salym Fayad that visually documented the daily lives of Somali migrants in Mayfair to challenge xenophobic and victimizing stereotypes.

- Outputs: Photographic exhibitions were held in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Ottawa, Berlin, and Helsinki (2015-2016). The open-access ebook, Metropolitan Nomads: a journey through Joburg’s Little Mogadishu was published in 2017.
